We are committed to developing our employees, and the Coloplast Learning and Development Programme has a number of different components that encompass a variety of learning approaches.
When added together these facilitate the growth of both the Company and the Individual.
Learning and Development needs are identified as part of our ongoing “Performance Management” process and form part of a Personal Development Plan agreed with line managers.
Coloplast offers a series of courses: Sales, Management, Personal and IT Development.
We recognise that individuals learn and develop in a variety of ways i.e. not just through classroom-based learning. With this in mind, a range of blended learning is available including E-Learning, NVQs, Skills for Life, Resource Library and Workplace Development. There is also the opportunity to study for Professional Qualifications where appropriate.
Reviews
Formal performance reviews take place every 6 months, giving you and your line manager the chance to discuss your strengths and areas for development.
